Choosing a Size
Start with the body area you want to cover.
Which heating pad size should I choose?
Choose 12 × 24 in UZX3060 for targeted coverage, 20 × 40 in UZX50100 for large everyday coverage, or 24 × 47 in UZX60120 for Hemvkin’s longest and widest flat-pad coverage. UZX30126B is a separate 12 × 24 in format with a detachable, adjustable support belt for more stable waist or lower-back positioning.
What areas can the 12 × 24 in UZX3060 cover?
It is designed for one focused area at a time, such as the abdomen, lower back, upper thigh, single shoulder area, knee, or calf.
Why choose the 20 × 40 in UZX50100?
It provides noticeably broader coverage than a compact pad and can be used across areas such as the back, torso, abdomen, or legs while remaining easy to position at home.
What is different about the 24 × 47 in UZX60120?
It is Hemvkin’s longest and widest flat heating pad. Its 24 in width and 47 in length support broad coverage such as full back to calf, chest to ankle, full-leg, or large side-body coverage.

Heat & Timer
Simple settings for everyday warmth.
How many heat levels are available?
Hemvkin heating pads provide 6 selectable controller settings: 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, and 65°C. These are controller setting values. Actual surface temperature and perceived warmth can vary with room conditions, placement, contact, airflow, and use.
What timer settings are available?
Choose from 0.5, 1, 1.5, or 2 hour timer settings.
Does the heating pad shut off automatically?
Yes. Hemvkin heating pads include an auto shut-off function.
Does it include overheat protection?
Yes. Built-in overheat protection is part of the product’s safety design.

Care
Disconnect first. Wash gently. Air dry completely.
Can I wash the heating pad?
Yes. Unplug the product and disconnect the controller before washing. Hand wash or use a gentle machine-wash cycle, then air dry completely before use.
Can I put the controller in water or wash it?
No. Do not immerse or wash the controller.
Can I put the heating pad in a clothes dryer?
No. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron the heating pad. Allow it to air dry completely before use.

Safe Everyday Use
Follow the product manual during use.
Can I use the heating pad while sleeping?
No. Do not use the heating pad while sleeping. Stay awake during use.
Can it be used on infants or pets?
No. Hemvkin heating pads are intended for adult household use and should not be used on infants or pets.
Should I sit on or sharply fold the heating pad?
No. Avoid sitting on, crushing, or sharply folding the heating pad. Keep it naturally flat or gently conforming to the body.
Do the electrical connections need to stay dry?
Yes. Keep the controller and electrical connections dry during use, and disconnect the product when it is not in use.
